Role Description

This is a volunteer and remote role for the Resource Mobilisation position at GENACT. The role involves identifying and securing resources, building partnerships, and maintaining relationships to support the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities include analyzing trends, overseeing resource management activities, providing support with communication and outreach to donors or partners, and assisting in training initiatives. The role also requires monitoring and evaluating funding opportunities and implementing strategies to achieve financial goals for the organization.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate opportunities and optimize resource mobilization strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, partners, and team members
- Customer Service and partnership-building abilities to foster lasting external relationships
- Experience or knowledge in Resource Management and Training to enhance the organization’s resource mobilization efforts
- Familiarity with nonprofit operations or resource development is an added advantage
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
