Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery,

Requirements

- Prior food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and qualified demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices in the food industry
- Basic math skills for cashiering, math calculations, and managing transactions accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support restaurant operations
