MUMU KITCHEN is looking for a F/T, Permanent Restaurant Manger in Downtown Vancouver.

Position: Restaurant Manager

Available Position: 1

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $37-$38per hour (Depending on work experience)

Work Hour: 30-40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Work Location: 1738 Davie Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 1W2

Job Duties

-Manage daily operations of restaurant. Coordinate kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

-Create training manuals and protocols, hire and manage restaurant staff, and evaluate staff performance

-Track operational costs, review daily sales, approve till balance at end of night

-Manage customer feedback. Take up complaints and resolve them

-Monitor and order food ingredients, manage ordering and maintenance of kitchen and front-of-house supplies, and control and monitor food and supply waste.

-Oversee service and presentation quality, evaluate and develop recent menu items and price setting.





-Ensure overall operations of kitchen and front of house comply with provincial and local health rules & regulations.

Requirements

-Completion of Secondary school.

-At least two years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

-English is required.
