About Us

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service: Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and ensure an excellent overall dining experience.
- Order Taking: Accurately record food and beverage orders and offer menu recommendations.
- Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve meals promptly, refill drinks, and check on guests throughout their meal.
- Table Maintenance: Keep dining tables clean and organized before, during, and after service.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Operations Support: Assist with opening/closing duties, daily side work, and collaborate with kitchen staff and team members.

Qualifications

- Certification: Serving It Right certification required.
- Experience: Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
- Skills: Strong communication, outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask during busy rushes.
- Attributes: Dependable, punctual, organized,



and a robust team player.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
