RETAIL & RENTAL SALES ASSOCIATE

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain a neat and organized store, including sales counters, your desk and business
- Order supplies / equipment as necessary
- Coordinate deliveries by acting as a liaison between office team and the drivers
- Oversee the Rental / demo / insurance business
- Stock handling, inventory control
- Ensure proper paperwork, with an emphasis on client confidentiality, is completed as per policies and procedures.
- Attend training courses as deemed necessary and / or beneficial to the success of the business
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and to become a member of the JHSC
- Perform other duties as required by the business
- Able to answer inquiries of clients by phone and in person and to seek out those products and / or services for customers
- Maintain a safe work environment
- follow inventory control processes
- maintain a neat, clean, and skilled appearance and dress appropriately for the workplace at all times.




- follow all policy and procedures of the business

COMPETENCIES:

- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
