Duties

- Greet customers warmly, listen actively to understand their needs, and provide expert product recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and e-commerce orders.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising strategies, ensuring products are well-organized and appealing.
- Assist with landscape maintenance and gardening tasks to keep outdoor displays inviting and well-kept.
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and organizing backroom storage.
- Provide multilingual support to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a broad clientele.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is beneficial for outdoor displays.
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, maintain store cleanliness, and support e-commerce operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks including sales assistance, product merchandising, and outdoor plant care.
