Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Advisor to champion safety initiatives across our construction projects. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure setting for all team members, contractors, and visitors. Your expertise will help foster a culture of safety excellence, minimize risks, and uphold compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Duties

- Conduct comprehensive site inspections to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety policies
- Develop and implement safety procedures tailored to specific construction activities and environments
- Provide ongoing safety training sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors to promote awareness and best practices
- Investigate incidents, accidents, or near-misses thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
- Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, inspections, training sessions, and incident reports
- Stay current with industry safety standards,



regulations, and emerging best practices to continuously improve site safety protocols

Qualifications

- Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of construction site operations and hazards
- Familiarity with construction management software for tracking safety compliance and reporting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train teams and convey safety expectations clearly
- Ability to identify potential risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Certification in occupational health and safety or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in recordkeeping and reporting
