- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
- Offer excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
- Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves as needed, and assist with stock organization

Skills





- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customers
- Proven experience in retail sales, with a robust understanding of fabric and the KOTN mission
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances customer engagement
- Familiarity with merchandising principles and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service expertise combined with effective sales techniques such as upselling
