Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and results-driven Part-Time B2B Sales Representative to join our growing commercial cleaning company.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building business relationships, and working independently. The position is approximately 3 days per week, 5 hours per day, with the opportunity for additional hours as the business grows and based on your availability.

Compensation: Hourly wage + commission and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct B2B outside sales and business-to-business prospecting throughout Oakville, Burlington, and Mississauga.
- Visit local businesses and introduce our commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with offices, commercial properties, property managers, and other businesses.
- Make outbound sales calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Send professional email introductions and follow-up communications to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities.




- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales and lead-generation goals.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous B2B or outside sales experience is an asset.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional approach when speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Comfortable with cold calling, face-to-face sales, and networking.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and growing client relationships.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence are an asset.
