We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. Duties

- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system (running the till) efficiently for processing transactions and managing cash handling.
- Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked.




- Freight handling and stocking (requires lifting up to 50lbs)
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including the checkout area.

Skills

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Alberta.
