Duties
- Conduct proactive door-to-door or on-site canvassing to identify potential clients and generate leads
- Engage prospects with compelling presentations of our products or services, highlighting key benefits and features
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies
- Follow up with prospects via telemarketing or in-person visits to maximize conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or inside sales roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques to enhance outreach efforts
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking leads and managing customer data is a plus.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive engagement
