East Coast Kia is looking for a personable, motivated, and results-driven Product Advisor to join our sales team in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating effectively, is eager to learn, can follow a proven sales process, and is motivated to achieve results. Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but it isn't required—we're looking for someone with the right combination of people skills, motivation, and willingness to learn.

This is a commission-based sales role with strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

- Build relationships with customers by listening to and understanding their needs.
- Help customers select the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle.
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing or leasing process.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and after-sale service.
- Complete manufacturer training and develop strong product and industry knowledge.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

- Automotive industry experience is an asset but not required.
