We are growing our Sales Teams at PAG Direct! We are seeking to add dynamic and experienced Sales Consultants at our Toyota and Hyundai stores!

Role Description The Sales Consultant role at PAG Direct is a full-time, in office position based in the GTA, Thornhill and Richmond Hill, ON. In this role, the Sales Consultant engages directly with guests to understand their needs, present suitable new and pre-owned vehicle options, and guide them through the entire sales process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, providing product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits of gas, hybrid, and EV models, and preparing accurate quotes.

The Sales

Consultant assists guests with financing and leasing options, supports trade-in evaluations, and ensures all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. The role also involves following up with prospective and existing guests, maintaining detailed records in dealership systems, and collaborating with service and parts teams to deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to identify guest needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and solutions.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, foster long-term relationships, and ensure a positive experience.
- Candidates should have clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is beneficial.
- Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and online sales platforms is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as required, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
