Ornate Ironworks & Decor Inc. is a Woodbridge, Ontario-based manufacturer and installer specializing in custom metalwork, including steel and aluminum gates, fencing, railings, and other custom metal products. We work with homeowners, contractors, builders, businesses, and other clients across Ontario.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our customer base and sales.

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales position for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, finding new business, following up on leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales.

The right person should be confident, motivated, reliable, and have a Can-Do Attitude. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is not afraid to make calls, and knows how to turn an opportunity into a sale.

Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming sales inquiries and customer requests.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers by phone, email, and other channels.
- Make outbound and cold calls to generate new business.
- Find and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Meet with customers when required to understand their needs and discuss products.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, contractors, builders, and other business clients.
- Follow up on open quotes and ensure opportunities are not missed.




- Work with the production and installation team to make sure customer requirements are clearly communicated.
- Keep customer and sales information organized and up to date.
- Help identify new opportunities and ways to increase sales.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident speaking with customers and business owners.
- Experience with B2B sales is preferred.
- Comfortable making cold calls and following up with leads.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Organized and able to manage multiple customers and quotes at the same time.
- Can-Do Attitude and willingness to learn.

Industry Experience Experience in manufacturing, construction, building materials or a related industry is a strong asset.
