Job Opportunity: Sales Department Assistant

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day | Every second Saturday, 10:00am-2:00pm
Are you organized, bilingual and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Chenier Motors is looking for a Sales Department Assistant to join out team. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors, customers and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate directions and information while maintaining confidentiality
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Handle customer inquiries and support the sales team
- Inspect and check in New vehicles. Park vehicles on lot
- Prepare and complete paperwork with clients for their new vehicle purchases
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, handling and redirecting mail and supporting daily office functions
- Keep the showroom clean,
tidy and organized to ensure a positive first impression for all visitors
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and French (preferred)
- OMVIC certification or willing to obtain(required)
- Valid Ontario Drivers License (required)
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively without compromising quality
- Dependable, punctual and committed to good attendance
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
