Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Floor Manager to lead showroom activity and help our sales team maximize performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at closing deals, coaching in real time, and driving gross profit.

Key Responsibilities

- - Work directly on the showroom floor to assist sales consultants in closing deals
- Take over customer interactions (TOs) to handle objections and secure commitments
- Structure and desk deals to maximize front-end gross and profitability
- Collaborate closely with Finance & Insurance Managers to finalize transactions
- Monitor daily showroom traffic and ensure solid process adherence
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and mentorship to sales staff




- Maintain high energy and urgency to ensure all opportunities are maximized
- Support management in achieving monthly sales and gross targets

Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years automotive sales experience (management or senior sales role preferred)
- Proven track record of strong closing ability and high performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of deal structure, pricing, and profitability
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, quick-paced dealership environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for coaching and development
- OMVIC license (required in Ontario)
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
