Workleap in Montreal is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the current business team and drive the market introduction of the Workleap Agent. Reporting to the VP of Revenue, you will shape the strategy, build the team, and ensure the go-to-market plan stays aligned with product and marketing.

You will coach five Account Executives across SMB to Enterprise in English and French Canadian markets, own the forecasting process, and create a scalable, data-driven sales machine that accelerates deal velocity.
