Pratts Wholesale Food Service is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Specialist to grow our Equipment, Smallwares & Janitorial (ES&J;) business within an established customer base. This role services customers throughout Saskatchewan; candidates must reside in Regina, Saskatchewan, and be willing to travel provincewide, including occasional overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed established sales targets
- Maintain or exceed profitability goals across all product categories
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; develop new business
- Visit customer locations to assess needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare accurate quotations and maintain up-to-date AutoQuotes records
- Coordinate and manage ES&J; deliveries
- Increase customer awareness of our ES&J; offerings

Key Requirements

- 3+ years' food service experience (restaurant/banquet manager, chef, or ES&J; Sales Specialist)
- Previous outside sales experience in the food service industry
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office); AutoQuotes familiarity preferred
- Newer vehicle in good working order and a valid driver's licence
