Responsibilities

- Greet children and families with warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine festive spirit.
- Listen to children's Christmas wishes with patience and delight, creating memorable moments of joy.
- Pose for photos and participate in holiday-themed activities that enhance the magical experience.
- Maintain a cheerful and approachable demeanor throughout all interactions, ensuring every visitor feels special.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with mall staff to deliver a seamless and joyful holiday experience.

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service, entertainment, or community engagement is preferred but not required.
- Ability to embody the character of Santa Claus convincingly through costume presentation and mannerisms.
- Strong communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude.




- Comfort with performing in front of large groups or crowds in lively settings.
- Patience, kindness, and a passion for spreading holiday cheer are essential qualities.
- Must be able to work flexible hours during peak holiday seasons, including evenings and weekends.

What You'll Need To Apply

- Ability to successfully obtain and pass a Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
- Your own high-quality premium Santa attire, including a suit and real or fake beard (must be well-maintained).
- A short resume or CV detailing your relevant experience and duration of past roles.
- Recent photos in your Santa attire; live-performance images or videos are highly encouraged.
- References who can vouch for your past performances or work ethic.

- Seasonal Contract - November - December 2026.
- Average Shift is 4-5Hrs, Max Hours Range Per week dependent on Availability.
- Please Provide a headshot or selfie when applying along with a photo in full attire.
