Job Title: Salesforce Scrum Master

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Scrum expertise, a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience coordinating distributed technical and business teams in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce programs and initiatives.
- Partner with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, and sprint readiness.
- Ensure User Stories are properly refined, groomed, and aligned with Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Act as a bridge between business, product, development, architecture, and technical teams.
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor and report Agile delivery metrics including velocity, burndown, predictability, and sprint health.
- Support UAT, defect triage, release planning, and deployment coordination.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise Agile, compliance,



governance, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Coach team members on Agile/Scrum best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate effectively across onsite and offshore/distributed teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Salesforce programs.
- Robust understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud.
- Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and cross-team coordination skills.
- Experience managing distributed onsite/offshore teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) – Mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Exposure to Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
- Knowledge of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance environments.
- Salesforce certification(s) preferred.
- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Prior exposure to the Canadian banking ecosystem.
- Experience managing multi-squad Agile delivery.
