Role Description The Salesperson role is a full time, on-site position based at Brock Ford Sales in Niagara Falls, ON. Daily responsibilities include conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and financing options, preparing sales quotes, and completing sales documentation accurately. The Salesperson follows up with leads, maintains ongoing contact with prospects and existing customers, and supports dealership marketing and promotional activities.

Working closely with the sales and service teams,



the Salesperson helps ensure a positive customer experience from the first interaction through delivery and after-sales support.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, including relationship building, active listening, and closing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in face-to-face conversations and telephone or digital outreach.
- Basic business and administrative skills, including accurate documentation, attention to detail, and time management.
- Comfort with technology such as dealership CRM systems, email, and online inventory tools.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and financing options, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Niagara Falls, ON, including evenings or weekends as required by dealership hours.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or a customer-facing role is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and eligibility to test drive vehicles with customers.
