Career Counsellor / Sales Associate

Base Salary: $3,120 per month + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads.
- Understand prospective clients’ needs and recommend appropriate educational solutions.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Handle objections, negotiate confidently and close qualified prospects.
- Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings during working hours.
- Collaborate positively with colleagues.

Required Qualifications

- At least one year of proven direct sales experience.
- Experience in lead conversion, objection handling, negotiation and closing sales.
- Excellent professional English communication skills.
- Confident, articulate, professional and well-presented.
- Target-driven, disciplined and motivated by results.




- Able to work within a team while remaining accountable for individual targets.
- Interested in a stable, long-term career in sales.

Preferred Sales Experience

Experience in any of the following industries is strongly preferred:

- Automotive sales
- Luxury or high-end Jewellery
- Financial services
- Education or enrolment sales
- Real estate
- Telecommunications
- Other high-value or consultative sales environments

Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati, Pashto or Urdu is a strong asset because of the needs of our diverse client base. Direct Sales Experience Is Essential

This is a direct sales and client-enrolment position. Experience limited primarily to customer service, restaurant service, reception, front-desk administration, human resources or other non-sales positions will not, by itself, meet the role’s requirements.
