As a Salon Chair Rental professional, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to operate your own styling station within a agile and welcoming environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, and creating beautiful hair transformations that leave clients feeling confident and satisfied. Duties

- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Upsell retail hair care products and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk, ensuring efficient flow of clients throughout the day.




- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, pricing, and aftercare instructions to foster trust and loyalty.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Experience

- Previous experience in hair styling or cosmetology is obviously required; licensing or certification as required by local regulations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to the beauty industry to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Proven ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining genuine client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients at the front desk, explaining services, and collaborating with team members.
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
