We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Scrum Master to facilitate Agile teams, support Scrum practices, remove impediments and promote continuous improvement.
You will work with Product Owners, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Support teams in following Scrum principles and Agile practices.
- Identify and help remove team impediments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, risks and dependencies.
- Support Agile project planning and delivery.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Prepare sprint reports, dashboards and project documentation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
