The Driver

Coach position involves managing the Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard program in an in-office setting. You will monitor and report on driver data while supporting the operations team in maintaining compliance with safety protocols. - Manage Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard administration
- Process and analyze real-time data from trucks
- Engage with drivers on performance and coaching needs

- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience in high-volume communication roles
- Robust reporting and data processing abilities
