- Create and implement staff training programs

- Monitor and guarantee product quality delivery
- Provide payroll support and efficient scheduling
- Manage labor costs and adjust as needed Requirements:
- 3-5 years ski/snowboard instructing experience
- Relevant education in Commerce/Business
- Minimum of 3 years in management roles
- Leadership experience within recreation is preferred
