Responsibilities

- Assist with producing and packaging marshmallow products efficiently and accurately according to specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the production area to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Support food processing activities by monitoring equipment and ensuring proper procedures are followed
- Conduct basic mechanical checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with inventory management by counting, labeling, and organizing supplies as needed





Requirements

- Prior experience or familiarity with a bakery setting, packaging, manufacturing, or food processing environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices and food safety standards in a manufacturing setting; foodsafe level 1 required.
- Basic math skills for measurements, counting, and record keeping
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with physical activity involved, including standing, lifting, and bending
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines
- Good command of English language
- Japanese also spoken on site
