We are looking for a diligent and experienced Security Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. As a Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's information systems and data from potential threats. Responsibilities

- Security Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze security alerts, incidents, and events to identify potential security threats.
- Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to effectively address and mitigate security incidents.
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, analyze results, and collaborate with IT teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Security Policies: Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Security Audits: Perform security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security requirements.
- Security Awareness: Conduct security awareness training for employees and promote a security-conscious culture within the organization.
- Threat Intelligence: Stay informed about the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices through threat intelligence sources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain security controls.

Skills Required

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CISM are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or a related field, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating security risks.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in security information and event management (SIEM) tools. Experience with intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS). Familiarity with network security technologies and protocols.



Knowledge of endpoint protection and antivirus solutions. Understanding of security frameworks and standards.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
