HIRING | SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – OUTSIDE SALES

Calgary, Alberta, Canada | Remote + Client Visits

Industry: Renewables & Environment

Base: CAD $75K–$85K

Commission: Up to CAD $42K/year

Typical Commission: CAD $2K–$5K/month

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of B2B direct sales experience
- Strong recent business development / hunting experience
- Proven experience managing a book of business / client portfolio
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting & negotiation skills
- Salesforce CRM experience required
- Customer-focused with strong account management skills
- Ambitious, self-driven and growth-oriented
- Comfortable with regular client visits across Calgary

Role Focus

70% Hunter | 30% Farmer

Manage and grow a portfolio of 50–75 clients, generate new business, rebuild and expand accounts, and drive revenue through long-term customer relationships.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Candidates must be based in Calgary, Alberta.
