ROLE SUMMARY The Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst drives financial analysis, modeling, and reporting across three related entities: FastLeaf Inc., Willow, and Beards Lane Developments Inc. The role also supports month-end close and maintains accountingintegrity, with a primary focus on delivering analysis and insight that supports leadership decisions.

$70,000 - $90,000/YEAR

Build and maintain financial models including cash flow forecasts, budget-to-actual analysis, and scenario modeling.

Prepare monthly management reports and KPI dashboards for leadership

Conduct variance analysis and provide written commentary on financial results

Develop and maintain profitability models at the entity and operational level.

Support ad hoc financial analysis and decision support for leadership.

Identify trends and surface actionable insights from financial data.

Support month-end close across all three entities

Review and post journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.

Reconcile key balance sheet accounts monthly

Manage intercompany transactions and ensure accuracy across entities

Write and maintain accounting process documentation and internal controls





Ensure accurate treatment of excise obligations and support regulatory filings

Work across QBO (Fast Leaf Inc., Beards Lane Developments Inc., and Willow Canada Inc.)

Coordinate with operations to capture accurate cost inputs for reporting and analysis

Liaise with external accountants and advisors as required

CPA designation or in active pursuit required

4 or more years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience

Demonstrated financial modeling experience; advanced Excel required

Experience with QBO and/or QuickBooks Desktop

Comfortable writing and maintaining accounting process documentation and SOPs
