Location: Toronto, ON – 100% Onsite, 5 days/week

Work Hours: 7.25 hours/day

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze functional and non-functional reporting requirements.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports and data visualizations using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Builder.
- Develop and troubleshoot complex T-SQL/PL-SQL queries.
- Write DAX to implement business logic and analytical functionality.
- Design data models and ETL/data-processing pipelines.
- Work with Azure Data Factory and Databricks to support data repositories and warehouses.
- Perform data analysis, report validation and data-quality troubleshooting.
- Resolve issues identified during testing and pre-release validation.




- Ensure reports meet quality and WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.

Mandatory Qualifications
- 4+ years: SQL including T-SQL/PL-SQL.
- 2+ years: Power BI Desktop and Power BI Paginated Report Builder.
- 2+ years: DAX programming.
- 2+ years: ETL, Azure Data Factory, Databricks and data modelling.

Preferred
- Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- SSDT, IBM DataStage or similar ETL technologies.
- Robust BI troubleshooting, data validation and report-testing skills.
- Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
