- Facilitate the development of Board meeting materials
- Maintain an up-to-date governance policy inventory
- Support organizational compliance with governance standards
- Administer Board document execution
- Coordinate annual General Meetings Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in governance roles
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
