Data Analytics & ReportingRole Summary The Senior Manager, Campaign Design, Execution & AI Enablement is accountable for leading the design, delivery, optimization, and scaling of client campaigns across BMO Wealth Management Canada. This role oversees end-to-end campaign execution across Wealth businesses, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently, and at scale while driving measurable business outcomes.

The role is responsible for advancing automation, AI enablement, and modern campaign capabilities to improve speed-to-market, operational efficiency, personalization, and performance. Working closely with business partners, analytics teams, technology teams, and marketing stakeholders, the Senior Manager translates growth priorities into scalable campaign programs and continuously improves execution through data-driven insights and experimentation.

The role provides leadership across campaign operations, campaign technology, AI enablement, performance optimization, and team development, supporting Wealth growth objectives and Ambition 2030 priorities

Key Accountabilities

Campaign Design & Execution Leadership

- Lead delivery of the Wealth campaign portfolio across Wealth Management, Private Banking, Insurance, InvestorLine, and other partner businesses.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from intake and planning through deployment, monitoring, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Establish and continuously improve campaign operating models, processes, governance, and controls to support consistent and scalable execution.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within agreed service levels, and aligned to business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to prioritize campaign demand and optimize capacity across the team.
- Drive operational excellence and execution discipline across all campaign activities.

Campaign Automation & AI Enablement

- Lead the development and execution of the Wealth campaign automation and AI roadmap.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, automate, and streamline campaign workflows, reducing manual effort and improving speed-to-market.
- Leverage AI-enabled solutions to enhance campaign planning, targeting, content generation, execution, measurement, and optimization processes.
- Partner with Analytics, Technology, and AI teams to pilot, scale, and operationalize emerging AI capabilities.
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and automation opportunities that improve campaign effectiveness and operational scalability.
- Promote responsible AI adoption while ensuring adherence to governance, compliance, and risk requirements.

Campaign Performance & Continuous Improvement

- Establish performance measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness, business impact, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor campaign outcomes and identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, client experience, and business results.
- Lead test-and-learn programs, experimentation, and optimization efforts to continuously improve performance.




- Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations for business partners and senior leaders.
- Develop scalable reporting and performance management processes to support ongoing decision-making.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement focused on learning, innovation, and measurable outcomes.

Journey, Channel & Client Experience Enablement

- Lead the development and execution of client journeys across advisor-led, digital, and direct-to-client channels.
- Ensure campaigns are designed and executed with a strong focus on client experience, relevance, and personalization.
- Support expansion into new channels, capabilities, and engagement models that improve reach and effectiveness.
- Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to enhance advisor and client experiences throughout campaign journeys.
- Maintain consistent execution standards across the Wealth campaign ecosystem.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as a trusted partner to Wealth business leaders on campaign strategy, execution priorities, automation opportunities, and performance improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Growth & Analytics, Marketing, Technology, Sales Enablement, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Influence and align stakeholders across multiple lines of business to deliver integrated campaign programs.
- Communicate campaign priorities, performance results, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Drive effective partnership across multiple teams to accelerate delivery and achieve business outcomes.

People Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of campaign managers, execution specialists, and enablement professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Build organizational capability in campaign management, marketing operations, AI enablement, automation, and performance optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, scalability, and operational maturity.
- Ensure robust governance, documentation, controls, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, client engagement, growth strategy, or related disciplines, preferably within financial services.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing campaign delivery, marketing operations, or client engagement programs.
- Demonstrated experience executing large-scale, multi-channel campaign programs.
- Experience with campaign management platforms, CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar technologies.
- Experience implementing automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Strong understanding of campaign measurement, experimentation, performance optimization, and operational excellence practices.




- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving business, analytics, technology, and operations partners.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated people leadership and team development experience.
- Experience within Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, or advisor-led businesses is an asset.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Salary: $86,000.00 - $160,000.00Pay Type:

SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
