Responsibilities

- Implement an online digital signature capability integrated with Dynamics and the portal to improve efficiency and the client experience.
- Develop and deploy a new portal module that automatically informs clients and enables them to complete their post-project reporting requirements.
- Migrate and upgrade the platform to a recent environment with enhanced performance, security, and scalability.
- Automate and optimize the existing manual cancellation process to improve operational efficiency and reduce error rates.
- Streamline document management and workflow processes between SharePoint and Dynamics to enhance data consistency and reduce manual intervention.
- Address ongoing performance, security, and usability enhancements across the Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystem.
- Configure and customize entities, forms, views, and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Implement workflows, business rules, and process flows within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate flows.
- Write client-side JavaScript for form validation and business logic.
- Extend Dynamics 365 functionality using C# plugins and custom workflow activities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform applications.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SaaS development experience.
- 2+ years of experience developing public-facing portals with Microsoft Power Pages.
- 5+ years of experience developing and deploying server-side customizations using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 SDK, including plugins, custom workflow activities, and actions using C#/.NET.
- 3+ years of experience with other Power Platform components, excluding Dynamics 365, Power Pages,



and Dataverse.
- 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps as part of an Agile software development process.
- Experience developing client-side customizations within Dynamics 365 SaaS using JavaScript.
- Experience developing multiple Microsoft Power Platform websites using Government of Canada Web Standards (WET / Canada.ca and WCAG).
- Experience developing integrations between Dynamics 365 SaaS and external services, APIs, or middleware.
- Experience performing data migrations from external systems to the Dynamics 365 SaaS Dataverse.
- Experience with DevOps and ALM practices, including Git branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments within a Dynamics 365 SaaS and Power Platform ecosystem.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Solution Architect), or MB-series Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Reliability Status (or higher) security clearance required.
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
