Miller Health is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare organization with clinic locations in Orillia and Bracebridge. Our team includes professionals across chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, counselling and a growing range of healthcare services and partner programs.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys solving problems and knows how to keep people, projects and priorities moving forward.

Working closely with the CEO and our management team, you’ll play a key role across four areas of the organization:

- Practitioner & Clinic Operations: Supporting our practitioners and ensuring the operational side of our clinics runs smoothly, efficiently and consistently.
- Marketing & Brand: Helping lead and coordinate Miller Health’s marketing efforts, working with both internal and external partners to strengthen our brand, digital presence and community reach.
- Business Operations: Taking ownership of the systems, resources, vendors and operational needs that keep a growing healthcare organization functioning well, and looking for ways to make them better.
- Leadership & Team Support: Working alongside our Clinical Manager, Patient Experience Manager and Operations Manager to solve problems, implement initiatives and support the broader Miller Health team.
