We’re looking for a seasoned plumber with 8+ years of experience who can take ownership of complex jobs, mentor the next generation of tradespeople, and deliver the level of work our customers expect.

THE ROLE
You’ll be one of the experienced leaders on our team — someone we can trust to handle challenging work independently while helping elevate everyone around you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead complex residential plumbing installations and repairs
- Diagnose and resolve advanced plumbing issues using contemporary diagnostic tools
- Mentor and support junior plumbers, labourers, and drain technicians on-site
- Work closely with the office team to keep jobs running smoothly and communicate what’s happening in the field
- Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Uphold Jumbo Plumbing’s high-quality workmanship and clean job-site standards
- Take ownership of your work and represent the Jumbo brand with pride
- Participate in our on-call rotation for 24/7 emergency response
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of plumbing experience
- Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber certification
- Ontario plumbing licence or eligibility to obtain Ontario certification
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer communication
- Ability to work independently and confidently lead on-site
- A high personal standard for quality, professionalism, and workmanship
