Senior Program Manager

Tamanna Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide programs within Financial Crime, including AML, KYC, Fraud, Sanctions, and Regulatory Compliance. This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Financial Crime initiatives.
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Partner with business, technology, compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, governance, and executive reporting.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
- Identify and mitigate program risks while managing competing priorities.
- Champion best practices in program governance and delivery.

Required Qualifications




- 10+ years of Program Management experience within the banking or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading Financial Crime initiatives, including one or more of:
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Fraud Prevention
- Sanctions
- Financial Crime Compliance
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance programs.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Tier 1 Canadian financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise governance and regulatory programs.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced environment.
