Hiring: Senior Program Manager – Organizational Change & Transformation
? Location: Toronto / Kingston / Guelph / Oshawa, ON – Hybrid 2–3 days/week
? Contract: Sep 2026 – Mar 2027, with possible extension
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale organizational transformation and transition to a product-based delivery operating model .
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years leading complex organizational transformation/change programs
- Solid OCM expertise – Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or similar
- Change strategy, impact/readiness assessments and resistance management
- Executive stakeholder engagement and strategic communications
- Operating model / organizational design transformation experience
- Program governance, RAID management, KPIs and benefits realization
- Mandatory public-sector experience
- PMP / Prosci / Change Management certification preferred
