We are looking for an experienced SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Lead Consultant to support a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation within the Utility industry.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP EHS solutions.
- Lead fit-to-standard workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and business process optimization.
- Drive SAP EHS integration with SAP S/4HANA, EAM/Plant Maintenance, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP.
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, training, and change management.
- Collaborate with Safety, Operations, Asset Management, Compliance, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Provide functional leadership and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.

- Risk Assessments & Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
- Audit & Inspection Management
- Regulatory Compliance




- Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Environmental Management
- Permit-to-Work
- Work Clearance Management (WCM)
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

? Must-Have Qualifications: ✅ 10–15+ years of SAP EHS experience

✅ 3+ end-to-end SAP EHS implementations

✅ Proven greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience

✅ Solid experience integrating SAP EHS with EAM/PM

✅ Utility industry experience is mandatory

✅ Strong knowledge of electrical safety, substations, distribution operations, contractor safety, confined-space entry, work permits, LOTO, transformer oil handling, and environmental compliance

✅ Strong stakeholder management and functional leadership skills
