We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager & Strategist who can step in and confidently own their role from day one. If you require step-by-step training on how to manage accounts, build strategy, or create content - this role is not for you.

About the Role

We are a fast-paced, growing marketing agency working with established brands. We need a senior-level professional who understands agency life, can manage multiple clients seamlessly, and does not need to be taught how to do their job.

This role is for someone who sees gaps, solves problems, builds strategy, and executes confidently - without waiting to be told what to do next.

Only candidates we choose to move forward with will be contracted and asked to complete a short trial task to demonstrate skill, strategy, and execution.

The Ideal Candidate

You

- Have proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts
- Can build social media strategies independently (and explain why you’re doing what you’re doing)
- Are highly organized, proactive, and confident making decisions
- Have a strong creative eye and understand branding, aesthetics,



and consistency
- Thrive in quick-moving environments with shifting priorities
- Require minimal oversight and take full ownership of your work

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive, strategy-led social media plans aligned with client goals
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively optimize content and direction

Account Management

- Independently manage multiple client accounts
- Oversee content planning, creation, scheduling, posting, and performance tracking
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard

Content Creation

- Design high-quality graphics (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Plan and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Stay current on trends while ensuring content aligns with brand strategy

Copywriting & Brand Voice
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy that convert and connect
- Adapt tone and messaging across different brands and industries

Client Communication

- Participate in client meetings
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients and internal teams

Analytics & Optimization




- Track performance metrics
- Analyze results and adjust strategy accordingly

Collaboration

- Work closely with leadership and internal team members to align strategy and execution

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven agency experience in social media management & strategy
- Strong design skills (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Advanced short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal direction

- Email marketing
- Blogging / SEO strategy
- Google Ads or Analytics
- Branding experience
- Advanced Adobe Suite skills
