Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Senior Spa Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional spa treatments and personalized guest experiences that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Your expertise in a variety of therapies, combined with your passion for customer service and hospitality, will ensure every guest leaves feeling pampered and valued.

As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior therapists and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, professionalism, and service excellence.

Duties

- Perform a wide range of qualified spa treatments including body waxing, nail care and facials.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding individual needs and providing tailored recommendations for treatments and retail products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell spa packages or retail items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards throughout all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries with clear communication skills.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products, beauty tools,



and other spa merchandise through engaging interactions.
- Support the team by participating in training sessions, maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist with expertise in body waxing, nail care, and facials
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and health regulations relevant to spa operations.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently at the front desk.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in a fast-paced setting.
- Certification or licensing in relevant beauty therapy or cosmetology fields is preferred.
