As our Ontario operations continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer (P.Eng.) to join our Toronto team.

What You'll Do

As a senior member of our engineering team, you will lead the structural design and analysis of wireless telecommunications projects in Ontario, involving cellular antenna installations on towers and rooftops, and other existing structures.

Your responsibilities will include

✅ Structural analysis and design for telecom infrastructure projects

✅ Preparation, review, and approval of engineering calculations, reports, and recommendations

✅ Assessment of existing towers and rooftops, and building structures

✅ Direct communication with clients, wireless carriers, project managers, and stakeholders

✅ Providing technical leadership to our partners

✅ Occasional site visits and field inspections throughout Ontario

✅ Ensuring designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and industry requirements

✅ Acting as Engineer of Record and applying professional seal as required

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licensed in Ontario and in good standing with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)
- Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience in the telecommunications industry
- Strong experience with cellular antenna installations on towers and rooftops
- Experience preparing and reviewing structural engineering reports
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for site visits

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with major Canadian wireless carriers
- Knowledge of towers, rooftop, and telecom-related infrastructure
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
