About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Systems Engineer to support the technical infrastructure behind our CANVAS projects and internal operations.

The role combines systems engineering, IT infrastructure, networking, and technical deployment. The Systems Engineer will work closely with our technical, software, production, and project teams.

The ideal candidate takes ownership of systems, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and is comfortable working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT systems
- Evaluate and integrate hardware and software solutions
- Test and commission new systems and infrastructure
- Manage Windows workstations, cloud infrastructure, and backup systems
- Configure and troubleshoot networks
- Diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Monitor system performance, reliability, availability, and security
- Document and maintain system diagrams, configurations,



procedures, and technical standards

Profile The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple technical disciplines. You enjoy solving complex problems, understanding how systems interact, and finding reliable, practical solutions.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, Windows environments, and networking
- Ability to understand and maintain technical documentation and system diagrams
- Experience with system deployment, testing, and commissioning
- Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, or similar experience is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
