Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take their food and drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to food safety and handling standards
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashing out guests at the end of shifts
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar or dining area as needed
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and answer guest questions confidently




- Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving procedures and customer interaction
- Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a hospitality environment, maintaining professionalism under pressure
