We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Cashier to join our vibrant food service team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly with enthusiasm.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, and cashier stations.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring food safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through friendly suggestions.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety standards.

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Fluently in Vietnamese is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
- Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in food industry roles involving serving, food preparation, or kitchen support is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and guest satisfaction.
