Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing tills at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service




- Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all sanitation and safety protocols to uphold food industry standards

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures in the food industry
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles that involve guest interaction and upselling techniques is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
