Server – On-Call The Landing at Carmichael, CA

Do you enjoy making people feel welcome and turning an everyday meal into a great experience? At The Landing at Carmichael, an Agemark Senior Living community, dining is about more than serving food. As an On-Call Server, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience while supporting our team when additional coverage is needed. Plus, enjoy versatile shifts and no late nights!

What You’ll Do

- Greet residents warmly and take meal orders
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist with dining room set-up, clean-up, and restocking
- Support special events and dining experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment
- Get to know residents and provide attentive, personalized service

What We’re Looking For

- Friendly, dependable, and ready to help
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts as needed
- Availability for some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
- A genuine desire to serve and connect with others
