Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience in food service and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS

- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met

- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities

- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards

- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed,



adhering to sanitation and food handling protocols

- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods

- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required

- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus

- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures

- Experience in hospitality or guest services roles is advantageous

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately

- Knowledge of food industry standards, serving techniques, and upselling strategies is beneficial

- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
