About Us :

LA PETITE COLLINE & CHU LOO is a Taiwanese bakery restaurant located in Scarborough, with a focus on quality food, beverages, and customer experience. We are looking for an experienced motivated server supervisor to join our team, who is responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service

- Supervise and support servers to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

- Manage POS systems for order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity

- Lead team management activities including interviewing candidates, onboarding new staff, and conducting performance evaluations

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to guarantee a safe dining workplace

- Assist in restaurant management tasks such as scheduling, inventory control,



and resolving customer concerns promptly

- Foster a positive team atmosphere by providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for staff members

Qualifications &

Skills :

- Minimum 1 year of supervising experience within restaurant industry is required

- Ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety

- Must hold a valid Smart Serve Certification, or be willing to obtain one

- Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team

Compensation &

- Starting from $18.60/hour and up, depending on experience and skill level
