Twin Hills Ford Lincoln Limited is currently looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department.

Responsibilities

- Provide front-line customer service
- Arrange and confirm service appointments (inbound and outbound phone calls)
- Open and close work orders and provide repair recommendations
- Perform daily and weekly reminder calls for service customers
- Greeting customers on the phone or in the dealership
- Explaining the nature of repairs
- Advising customers how to look after their vehicles
- Scheduling Appointments
- Contact all customers that were unable to take advantage of their scheduled service appointment and reschedule the appointment

Experience and Skills:

- Proficient with excel, word, and confident with PC usage
